Über Stichting Hoedje van Papier

The Hoedje van Papier Foundation wants all vulnerable Rotterdammers to participate in society and develops various programs and activities for this. In this way we contribute to a Rotterdam where there is room for everyone; a city where everyone can participate fully, including those for whom it seems less obvious in the first instance.
